A Movie Review: Gun Hill

Well, let me start of buy saying... my, has it been a while since I last posted a blog! However, I was moved to do so last night after watching a GREAT movie. Wonder what movie I'm speaking of? You would never believe me if I told you, but it was actually a BET Original Movie titled Gun Hill! 

So here's a little background... The movie stars twin brothers, Trane and Bird Stevens. One is a cop and the other is a con, just released from prison. As the movie begins, the con brother, Bird is narrating as you see him on the Gun Hill Road platform. In the next scene both brothers are riding along the dark night streets of the Bronx, NYC. They are talking and catching up, when all of a sudden, shots 🔫 are fired! A car chase entails and one brother ends up dead.  

In order to keep the death of his brother hidden, he dumps his brother's body in the Hudson and goes about his business [Trane's] as id nothing even happened. Next thing you know, the con, Bird, is taking the identity of his cop brother by dressing as him, taking his wallet, wearing his clothes. Even driving his beat up Lincoln Navigator. 

After going home and going to his brothers things , His first stop was his child's mother Jenelle home. Remember he's acting as  his brother so, she has no idea he's actually Bird!
